Tamiya really should consider a new tool 1/32 P-51 with the same detail level as their 1/32 Zero

Please give this kit great consideration. If this aircraft is put to kit form with the same quality that Tamiya put into their Zeros it would surely be an excellent money maker.I have both the type 21 and 52 Zero kits and they are probably the two best designed kits I have ever seen...

Further...this is my first post on this site and I specifically signed up to ask for Tamiya to do a 1/32 P-51...be it a "B" model or the "D"...

I agree. And when you do it, please get the nose correct. All of the Mustang kits in any scale have a too pointy shape on the upper nose. The Merlin cylinder heads are never going to fit. Many don't get the wing's airfoil shape correct either, and that upsets the look to me.

I echo everyone else' comments on a new tool P-51. Don't forget an Allison-powered variant as well. ;)

There's never enough P-51's! That aircraft deserves a 1:32 treatment by Tamiya. Detail it like the Zero and you'll sell a million of them
