Tamiya use to have the DTM cars, and some BTCC cars.
They have the RC version of them, so why not the plastic models?
Also I'm surprised Tamiya has not gotten into the 1/24th scale RC's like the MiniZ RC's from Kyosho.

Tamiya did have a 1/24 Tamtech line back in the early eighties based on there 1/24 static kit range (not the Lancia). So they do have the knowhow to make these kits in R/C.
It was a small range though, but they did release the Porsche 961, the Ferrari Testarossa and a Lancia (raced at Le Mans).
And as a matter of fact they also had 1/14 Formula one range but that is another story...:D

Oh yeah the TamTech series. I forgot about those.
