Good afternoon everyone.

This is more of a question than a suggestion so if the answer is no, consider it a suggestion. ;)

Will it be possible to communicate with Tamiya USA through the forum regarding the availability of spare sprues, decals etc?

We'd rather you call in and get the personal service one-on-one. But I will ask cust service.

Ok, the word is you would need to do this for these enquires

Call customer service <-- Slower Response
E-mail Customer Service <-- Fastest Response

(e-mail is quicker as they get tied up on the phone and e-mail still comes in 24/7)

This could change down the line, we will post any updates here.

Ok, thanks Admin.

The customer service is top notch once engaged. My only thought was if I or someone else was asking a question about availability and pricing on sprues to do... say a 1/32 Block 30 F-16, then the sprue numbers and pricing information would be there for others too.

Agreed, stock levels would be subject to age though. We will revisit this subject down the road and maybe run a test on it down the line.

This site is a bit to new to gauge if it will take away from CS phone calls and hamper the "Top Notch".

So we will have to see, but great suggestion.
